Provided design-build services of new stock trading office in Las Vegas for private, worldwide registered stock trading firm. The 2,500-square-foot space had extensive electrical system considerations including under-floor, flexible power distribution system allowing user to recognize needs quickly and efficiently. Also included in the power requirements was a back-up emergency power generation system to allow stock trading to continue without interruption should local power fail. Project included the use of a 6″ raised access floor throughout the majority of the center, executive in-house chef’s kitchen and dining room, two private offices, server room with its own cooling system, and two restrooms. Specialty lighting for use in heavy computer user environment was included in this high-end specialty user facility.
