The Colonial Bank Building Remodel consisted of 2 Phases:

Phase I:
Design-build tenant improvements consisted of complete demolition and remodel of approximately 3,300 square feet of interior office, including new interior offices, modifications to HVAC, electrical, telecom, new ceilings, conference room, glazing, and flooring.

Phase II:
Remodel additional 2,000 + Office.
