This was a ABG turn-key, design-build project including architectural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. Project consisted of converting one existing space into four separate tenant suites including full office build-out and warehouse remodels. Finishes included new interior demising walls, interior partitions, ceilings, door glazing, casework, and flooring.
