ABG new construction for Next Tack LLC, worked with Perlman Design Group, and Civilworks to design, budget, and construct a 9,200-square-foot two-story office building consisting of all design disciplines, entitlements, pre-construction budgeting and consulting, dry utility coordination, site work, concrete, wood frame/stucco, structural steel office building. This included roof-level observation decks, viewing balconies, elevator, and tenant build-outs. Project value was in excess of $2 million.
