Constructed a pain management and single day surgery center from the ground up which consisted of over 36,000 square feet of medical exam rooms, surgery bays, administrative offices, with extensive medical equipment and medical gas systems. This was a negotiated project completed in just over five months by utilizing heavy pre-construction planning.
