Served as Construction Manager and Developer’s Consultant on approximately 84,500-square-foot new, ground-up shopping center development for Stewart & Nellis Partners in Las Vegas. The project consisted of off-sites, site work, site utilities, grading building pads, and the construction of five new shell buildings with new tenants such as AT&T, Tesco, Fresh & Easy, and other retailers. ABG was hired to assist developer in solving problems, reviewing design issues, and mitigating change orders due to our development and construction expertise.
