Design-Assist project for Ed Hardy’s retail construction included utilizing interior designers’ concept and creating working, locally-permitted design documents to accommodate retailer’s new location in Fashion Show Mall on Las Vegas Blvd. Project included approximately 1,600 square feet of retail space including complete demolition, upgrading demising walls, reconfiguring HVAC systems, new walls, upgraded millwork, extensive storefront with Alucobond metal panel system, custom theming features, level four smooth wall construction, various hard-lid ceiling heights, multi-color paint scheme, wall covering, stained concrete floors, wood and tile floors, extensive wood paneling millwork lighting package, and low voltage including in-slab Sensormatic, security, and sound systems.
