Completed a turn-key, design-build, high-end retail store for one of Europe’s premiere clothing manufacturers and retailers at General Growth Properties’ Fashion Show Mall. The flagship location is the retailer’s first shop in the United States. The project included all sub-trades. Finishes included extensive millwork, level five finish walls/ceilings, Brazilian stone flooring, in-store restrooms, glass storefront system, security/surveillance, sound systems, and retail lighting package.
