The scope of work consisted of complete demolition of existing space, level five drywall, brushed Jerusalem stone, rift-cut oak flooring, water feature, high-end custom casework, and signage.

This was a Design-Build retail store, 1 of 13 national, locations for The Gold Guys a gold buying retail chain. It consisted of selective demolition, installation of new interior wall framing, soffits, ceiling systems, Mechanical, Plumbing, Electrical, specialty lighting, custom Manda wall finish, chair rail and paint. Special considerations were made for on-campus work, 24-hour scheduling and we completed construction from start to finish in less than 4 weeks. The project is located on Las Vegas Blvd @ Town Square, a high-end retail campus.

As a preferred campus general contractor for this landlord and tenant, at this 5 million sqft campus, we remodeled this beautiful retail mattress space with new clean tile on the floor and matching tile on the walls as well as painting and clean up. This light expansive, improvement was completed on time.
Design Build construction of the local Henderson, Ace Hardware retail store on Horizon Ridge. Construction encompassed 8,000 sqft of HVAC, plumbing, concrete flooring/finishing, electrical, new steel Mezzanine level, millwork, framing, painting, door installation and design/install of complete fire protection system. Successfully completed with a national property manager/owner.
