This light expansive, improvement was completed on time.

It also included lagoon pool and flowing waterfall, whirlpool spa, 24-hour fitness center, fully-equipped business center, and more.

Design Build Hospitality Remodel of 52 Rooms & Restrooms in the El Cortez Casino & Hotel in downtown Las Vegas. Completion of the project included Fast Track and Pull- method scheduling. Construction included asbestos abatement, framing/painting, plumbing, electrical, installation of pre-fab shower units, lights and new flooring. Installation of new beds and TVs in each room as well.
