For this job, ABG worked on carpentry, electrical, and painting.
This project was a Design-Build of a new defense attorney office in the City of Las Vegas and included both open and suspended ceiling systems, executive offices, conference areas, file rooms, data rooms, restrooms, storage, and receptionist area. The design incorporated modern aesthetics including stained concrete floors, visible hard duct HVAC elements, and upgraded lighting.

As a preferred campus general contractor for this landlord and tenant, at this 5 million sqft campus, we remodeled this beautiful retail mattress space with new clean tile on the floor and matching tile on the walls as well as painting and clean up. This light expansive, improvement was completed on time.

Design-Build of this new custom Cigar store in the heart of Las Vegas, ‘Cigarbox’. ABG remodeled this existing 2,230 sqft space to accommodate a custom Humidor. The project included extensive millwork, glazing and tile finishes.

Design Build Hospitality Remodel of 52 Rooms & Restrooms in the El Cortez Casino & Hotel in downtown Las Vegas. Completion of the project included Fast Track and Pull- method scheduling. Construction included asbestos abatement, framing/painting, plumbing, electrical, installation of pre-fab shower units, lights and new flooring. Installation of new beds and TVs in each room as well.
