Pre-Construction Consulting services provided to the Las Vegas Sands Corp. for the design and construction of their new corporate aircraft hangar at McCarran International Airport in Las Vegas, NV. Services included: Schematic Design Estimated Probable Cost, Preliminary CPM Schedule inclusive of Lead Item Procurement, Preliminary Constructability Review and Value Engineering, Various Quantity Surveys, and Aircraft Hangar Construction Check List for Design Review. The project cost was estimated at nearly $18 million.
